Where do Safari downloads go on iPhone?
Usually in the Downloads folder in the Files app. Depending on your Safari download location setting, the folder may be in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
What to do
- Open Files and tap Browse.
- Look for Downloads under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
- If you just downloaded something, tap Safari's Downloads button to open the recent download.
- Review Safari's download location if you still cannot find it.

Files downloaded from different apps and images saved to Photos may be stored elsewhere. Do not assume every image is in Files > Downloads.
